Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to lead Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations at an assigned installation, serving as the primary contractor contact with Government personnel and command stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure uninterrupted transition services for Soldiers exiting military life. This is a full-time position at Fort Sill, OK, with compensation described below.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel, command leadership, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate TAP workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with Army TAP requirements, policies, and contract standards.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, oversee workload and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, and data entry; maintain site-level reporting.
