Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. seeks a Contract Installation Manager to lead Army Transition Assistance Program operations at an assigned installation.

You will serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel and local stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment with contract standards. The role demands strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills to support Soldiers transitioning from military to civilian life.

Qualifications

• Oversee daily TAP operations at the assigned installation.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Ensure services meet Army TAP requirements, contract standards, and policies.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, CAC and badging activities.
• Maintain data entry, case documentation, and site-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TAP operations at the assigned installation.
• Supervise staff and coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and transition-related services.
• Ensure all services adhere to approved curriculum and Army policies.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, and customer feedback.
• Provide weekly status updates to Regional Leadership.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues with facilities and systems.
