Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mission Operations leader to manage the Army Network Community relationship and drive system‑of‑systems design across Army programs.

You will coordinate with Army acquisition executives, partners, and Anduril teams to negotiate, plan, and deploy our software and hardware solutions in support of national defense missions. You will translate Army workflows into product roadmaps, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure timely mission success while

Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of U.S. Army acquisition workflows and C2 systems.
• Experience delivering data-driven, large system-of-systems architectures.
• Proven systems engineering experience within defense technology.
• Familiarity with Army C2 concepts (NGC2, C2 Now) and open architectures.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage military stakeholders and teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for program activities.
• Active SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team serving as the primary technical interface between the Army Acquisition Enterprise and Anduril Mission Command.
• Ensure programs are designed as constraint-informed system-of-systems; integrate products accordingly.
• Execute system-of-systems design and expand program scope through disciplined delivery.
• Plan and execute lab-based experimentation and validation with Army partners.
• Coordinate deployment planning and integration of Anduril software/hardware for Army missions.
• Translate Army workflows into actionable product features on roadmaps.
• Collaborate across engineering, logistics, sales, and operations to keep stakeholders informed.
