Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a dynamic professional to organize a complex ecosystem of systems for Army integration. You will produce accurate representations of system design, implementation, and test from diverse perspectives and drive repeatable patterns and automation.

You will define, propose, and execute programmatic strategies to drive technology adoption and scale Anduril’s footprint within Army workflows. A strong collaboration culture and hands-on lab work are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Deep domain experience within the U.S. Army acquisition community.
• Proven experience with computable, data-driven architectures for large system-of-systems deployments.
• Familiarity with SysML, UAF, and DoDAF architecture frameworks.
• Proven systems engineering experience in defense technology.
• Willingness to travel (25–50%).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical design interface between Anduril Connected Warfare and Army communities in the Aberdeen Proving Ground area, translating mission objectives into computable, model-based data structures.
• Translate user needs into model-based data.
• Establish and maintain functional, logical, and physical layers of the NGC2 architecture via model-based data structures.
• Establish and maintain digital traceability to third-party reference architectures.
• Use software to build model-based architecture and derive decision-support analysis.
• Provide hands-on operational and technical integration support for Anduril hardware and software in lab environments.
• Design and implement user feedback loops to gather and prioritize requirements and integration hurdles from testing and field evaluations.
• Collaborate with Anduril’s software and hardware teams to align with Army open architecture standards.
