Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a senior technical program manager to organize a complex defense ecosystem for Army open architectures at APG. You will translate mission objectives into model‑based representations and drive integration across engineering, product, and operations teams.

You will own programmatic strategies to scale Anduril’s footprint within Army customers, build trust with PMs and acquisition leaders, and translate user feedback into actionable product roadmaps

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
• Deep domain knowledge of the U.S. Army acquisition workflow, C2 systems, and tactical operations.
• Experience developing computable, data‑driven architectures for large system‑of‑systems deployments.
• Familiarity with Army C2/Intel systems (NGC2, TITAN, AIDP).
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical design interface between Anduril Connected Warfare and Army communities around APG, translating objectives into model‑based data structures.
• Translate user needs into model‑based data representations.
• Establish and maintain functional, logical, and physical layers of the NGC2 architecture via model data structures.
• Maintain digital traceability to third‑party reference architectures.
• Use software to build model‑based architecture and derive decision support analysis.
• Provide hands‑on operational and technical integration support for hardware/software in labs and test beds.
• Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements.
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineering to align with Army open architecture standards.
