Job summary

Indigo IT is seeking a Business Development Executive for the Army market in Herndon, VA. This hybrid/remote role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and winning Army opportunities, building a robust pipeline and leading capture activities with internal teams.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will engage in proposal support, pricing alignment, and strategic partner relationships to drive new business wins. Candidates should have Army/DoD BD experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in business development or account management with Army/DoD experience.
• Knowledge of end-to-end capture process and proposal lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue Army IT and cybersecurity opportunities to build a $10–15M annual pipeline.
• Lead capture planning, teaming, and proposal contributions.
