Job summary
Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver community-based mental health services to adults in the Cambridge, MN area. The role includes in-home and community support, with a focus on HOPE values and flexible scheduling.
Qualifications include a relevant master's or graduate degree, licensure or pathway to licensure, and substantial supervised experience in mental health services. This is an on-site position with competitive hourly pay.
Qualifications
- Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Bachelor's degree plus 2,000 hours supervised mental health experience.
- 4,000 hours supervised mental health experience may qualify.
- Accredited graduate program and licensure pathways.
- Minnesota licensure requirements (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP).
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and families in home/community.
- Help clients identify goals for functional improvement and work toward them.
- Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
