Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner for onsite, full-or-part-time work at Maple Grove, MN. The role emphasizes culturally responsive care delivered in home and community settings, with flexible scheduling and meaningful caseloads.

The ideal candidate will hold required MN Licensure (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP) and have demonstrated capacity to develop client goals, design tailored interventions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master’s degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields with 2,000 hours of supervised experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families in the home, community.
• Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals.
• Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.
