Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to provide community-based mental health services to adults and families in home and clinic settings. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bachelor's + 2000 hours supervised experience in mental health.
• 4000 hours of supervised mental health services.
• Licensed for independent practice per MN statutes.
• Must hold MN licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based mental health services to adults and/or families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals.
