Job summary
Sagent Behavioral Health is hiring an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver home and community-based services in the Mankato area. The role involves working with adults and families, following HOPE values, and providing flexible scheduling within onsite clinics.
You will assess needs, develop goals, and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with a large Midwest network that supports 100+ years of combined behavioral health experience.
Qualifications
- Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Bachelor's in behavioral sciences with 2000 hours supervised experience.
- 4000 hours supervised experience in mental health services.
- Accredited graduate program to prepare for independent licensure.
- Licensed in MN as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or families in home or community settings.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and help them meet those goals.
- Design and implement home-based treatment/interventions tailored to client needs.
