Job summary
Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota seeks an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to serve adult clients in home and community settings. This role delivers in-home mental health services with a focus on HOPE values, collaborating with families, and maintaining flexible scheduling.

Qualifications
- Meet MN State Statute 245I.04.04 Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements.
- Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Bachelor's degree with 2,000 hours supervised experience in mental health services.
- 4,000 hours of supervised experience in delivering mental health services.
- Clinical Trainee requirements per MN statute 245I.04.06.
- Accredited graduate program preparing staff for independent licensure.
- Licensed as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or families in home or community.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work to meet them.
- Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
