Job summary

Loomis AB in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Vault Supervisor to lead vault operations, oversee route coordination, and ensure safety and security of cargo. You will train staff, monitor procedures, and collaborate with sales, branches, and corporate staff to meet service goals.

The role requires at least 3 years in vault/cash processing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
• Must possess solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems is required.
• Familiarity with computerized timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to work extended hours, some Saturdays, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate route and dispatch function.
• Control costs of operations and ensure safety of employees, vehicles and facilities.
• Ensure security of cargo and terminal through training and policy enforcement.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, branches, departments, and vendors.
• Monitor overtime, vacation schedules, and overall efficiency of operations.
• Lead monthly and long-range planning to meet branch goals.
• Direct vault operations and structure, scheduling, and policy enforcement.
