Job summary

Loomis US is seeking a Vault Supervisor to direct daily vault operations, scheduling, and route coordination. You will ensure safety, security, and efficient handling of cash operations while supervising staff and maintaining policy compliance.

The role requires lifting and physical capability tests, with responsibilities including training, driver coordination, and cross-functional communication to meet branch objectives. Hiring min rate is $70,000 and max $74,000 per year.

Qualifications

• HPE is required as part of the qualification process.
• Physical capability tests include specified lifts and push/pull requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain scheduling/routing daily.
• Oversee and coordinate route, dispatch functions.
• Manage and control operation costs.
• Ensure safety of employees, vehicles and facilities through training and policy enforcement.
• Maintain cargo and terminal security through training and policy enforcement.
• Investigate accidents and complete required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, branches, departments, and vendors.
• Monitor overtime and vacation schedules to maintain efficiency.
• Plan short and long range operations to meet branch goals.
• Communicate with employees to resolve issues and complaints.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager or management.
• Familiar with vault, coin vault and CMS operations.
• Consult with Operations/Branch Manager for direction.
• Train, coach, discipline and evaluate staff daily.
• Maintain regular customer communication and payroll updates.
• Direct operations to meet branch objectives and policy guidelines.
• Direct vault operations, scheduling, policy enforcement.
• Monitor profitability related to quality and efficiency; control costs.
• Prevent losses via risk management, training, supervision, and discipline.
• Maintain safety, security, and effective operating practices.
