Job summary

Loomis AB in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Cash Management Service Teller Lead to supervise cash operations within a vaulted facility, including deposit verification, change order prep, and currency/coin inventory. You will support large banking clients and ensure accuracy and security of funds.

You will oversee staff, enforce procedures, schedule shifts, and drive training, while maintaining high service standards and compliance with policy and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, squat, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Wrist, hand, and finger dexterity required.
• Accuracy and speed to meet branch production minimum.
• Daily hours vary with work volume; supervisors oversee all work.
• Willingness to open or close department.
• Professional work ethic and conduct with employees and customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workflow of cash operations in a vaulted facility.
• Manage deposits, ATM residuals, and currency/coin inventory.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure security of funds.
• Schedule staffing to meet productivity goals and approve exceptions.
• Communicate with internal or external customers to resolve issues.
• Conduct audits and document results.
• Support branch maintenance and improvements.
• Lead training and coaching CMS personnel.
