Job summary

Loomis is seeking a Vault Supervisor in the Austin area to oversee vault, route, and dispatch operations. The role emphasizes safety, security, cost control, and staff development across all operations staff.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years in vault or cash processing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and banking systems. Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in a vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
• Must possess solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems is required.
• Familiarity with computerized timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment is preferred.
• Must be able to work extended hours, some Saturdays, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate vault, route, and dispatch functions.
• Control costs of operations and ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities.
• Ensure security of cargo and terminal through training and enforcement of policies.
• Investigate accidents and complete required paperwork.
• Train, counsel, and supervise employees daily; lead by example.
