Job summary

Loomis US is hiring a Vault Custodian in Albuquerque. The role involves supervising vault and CMS operations, ensuring safety, security, and efficient cash handling across branches. You will coordinate with sales, branches, and corporate staff while maintaining compliance and service quality.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in vault/cash environments, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office and banking databases. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in vault, cash, or coin processing.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy.
• Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with banking databases and MS Office.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours, some Saturdays and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate route and dispatch functions.
• Control operating costs and ensure safety of staff, vehicles and facilities.
• Maintain security of cargo and terminal through policies and training.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints; coordinate with branches and departments.
• Monitor overtime, vacation schedules, and branch performance.
• Plan short and long-range operational goals to meet branch targets.
• Ensure compliance with policy and safety procedures.
