Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• 1+ years of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed Guard Card/License.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background checks and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out security procedures at transit facilities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with laws, policies, and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit stations, platforms, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Perform armed post duties in line with training and client requirements.
