Qualifications

• Graduate of law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation as per applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Participation in security training programs may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to motorists, employees, contractors, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of roadways, toll areas, parking, buildings and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly while following site procedures and laws.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain documentation of patrols, incidents, and public interactions.
