Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years military police, corrections, armed security, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of security-related experience.
• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• DD214 with Honorable Discharge or related certs acceptable.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 21+ years old for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with transit ops and law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transit facilities and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and report observations or hazards per site procedures.
• Maintain armed post qualifications and handle equipment per policy.
