Job summary

Allied Universal in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee delivery of security services at a client site. You will supervise site staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range, and act as the liaison between the customer and operations team to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and the ability to work under stress, with licensing and background checks completed as required

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Able to pass background investigation and drug screen.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work under stress.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate security systems.
• Communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and coordinate delivery of quality security services.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operation Managers and officers.
• Prepare and interpret reports; use scheduling/billing software as needed.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
