Job summary

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Houston to lead security staff, coordinate service delivery, and serve as the client liaison. You will supervise officers, provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure high service quality.

Requirements include an active Armed Guard Card, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, and the ability to handle crisis situations. Strong communication and scheduling software skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication with the public.
• Background check and drug screen per law.
• Experience supervising security staff and coaching personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services for an assigned client.
• Act as liaison between customers, operations managers and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Prepare staffing reports and coordinate training.
• Ensure training is delivered and grievances addressed.
