Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements depend on state; background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Capable of using scheduling and billing software for reporting.
• Able to communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive training and performance evaluations.
• Subject to background check and drug screen per law.
• Able to work in varied environments and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services to an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure staff training and performance management.
• Maintain effective communication and reporting to client and management.
