Allied Universal in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer armed for a financial institution location. You will conduct routine armed patrols, monitor accesses, deter incidents, and provide friendly customer service to members, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, documenting incidents, and complying with licensing and training requirements. Candidates should be 21+, have a high school diploma, and be capable of passing background checks and drug

Qualifications

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
An armed guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, background checks will be conducted.
Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, members, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures.
Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials; report violations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
Complete accurate activity and incident reports while carrying equipment.
