Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Verify credentials, direct visitors, and maintain visitor and incident documentation.
• Communicate with Allied Universal leadership, client representatives, and local responders regarding incidents.
