Job summary

Allied Universal in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced Armed Patrol Driver to provide reliable security services at a designated site. You will have fixed anchor shifts and may pick up additional shifts to increase earnings while maintaining a stable schedule.

The role requires an armed guard card, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of armed security or related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Valid armed guard card or license.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Licensed to operate as security personnel where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a utility operations location.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of facilities, buildings, parking areas, and access points.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, coordinated manner.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain patrol logs.
