Allied Universal in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Perimeter Observation to provide reliable, armed security at a financial institution site. This part-time role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior and policy violations.
• Maintain equipment and complete accurate activity and patrol documentation per site requirements.
