Job summary

Prosegur seeks a Sergeant/Lieutenant to lead on-site security operations, ensuring post orders are followed and client satisfaction is maintained. You will manage staffing, access control, patrols, and incident reporting while coordinating with HR, Facilities, and client stakeholders.

The role requires 2+ years in security leadership, an armed license, and strong communication skills. Flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays, are required. Benefits include medical and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• 2+ years in a supervisory security role.
• Armed Security Officer license/permit valid for state requirements.
• Active state license/guard card for Oregon or eligibility to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift briefings and assign posts to meet contractual staffing.
• Enforce access control, visitor/vendor management, key control and alarm response.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and daily DARs with timely submissions.
• Conduct post inspections, quality checks, and escalate deficiencies promptly.
• Coach and develop officers; conduct on-the-job training and drills.
• Coordinate with HR/Operations for performance feedback and action.
