Job summary

Prosegur is seeking a highly qualified Armed Security Officer to protect client assets and maintain a secure environment. The role requires vigilance, responsibility, and adherence to security protocols, with background in law enforcement or military police preferred.

Responsibilities include patrols, access control, incident reporting, and coordination with local law enforcement. Must possess firearms license and be able to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Background in military police or law enforcement preferred.
• Must possess firearms license and be able to carry a firearm.
• Certified in arrest control, handcuff, and baton use.
• Familiarity with security protocols and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and identify security breaches or hazards.
• Deter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents promptly and professionally.
• Control access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Provide emergency response, including de-escalation and restraint as necessary.
• Maintain clear incident reports and documentation for all security-related events.
