Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Armed Security Supervisor to oversee security officers at client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds completed, and required reports filed while delivering professional customer service.

Must have a valid driver's license, Wear and Carry Permit, and at least 2 years of supervisor experience. High school diploma or GED required; ability to work any shift and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders and assignment details.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare, file and submit reports; inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• Carry out supervisory duties per company policies; may interview, orient, train, plan, direct, coach, reward, and terminate staff.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as assigned.
