Securitas Global Clients America in Hanover, MD is seeking an Armed Security Supervisor to lead security officers at client sites. The role pays $28.76 per hour and requires a valid driver's license, a Wear and Carry Permit, and at least 2 years of supervisor/management experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related supervision experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor/management experience; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and others at client sites; ensure post orders followed and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions.
• Train Officers; review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; meet client representatives when needed.
• Prepare and file various reports; inspect posts and outline tasks.
• Provide quality customer service and liaise with client representatives.
• Perform supervisory duties including hiring decisions as needed.
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as assigned.
