Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related security experience.
• Armed security experience preferred or prior law enforcement/military background.
• Valid Maryland wear-and-carry permit (MWCP) and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and leads at client sites; ensure post orders and rounds are followed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; conduct meetings and document actions.
• Train officers; review assignments and post orders with staff.
• Assist payroll submissions and ensure adequate post coverage.
• Meet with client reps to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.
• May perform security officer duties as needed.
