Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required where applicable.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality security services at the client site.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
• Manage reports and staffing needs; ensure officer training and performance.
