Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Lancaster, SC. The role supervises the delivery of security services, serves as a liaison between the client, Operations Managers and security officers, and provides coaching and discipline within approved empowerment ranges.

This full-time position on the morning shift requires a minimum of 1 year security experience, the ability to communicate effectively, and basic computer or tablet skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws
• Background investigation and drug screen required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and coordinate the delivery of security services
• Liaise between customers, Operations Managers and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to generate reports and manage client sites
