Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Shift Supervisor (Secret Clearance Site) in Huntington Beach, CA. Qualifications

• Be at least 21 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication with colleagues and the public.
• Background check and drug screen prior to employment.
• Ability to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager and officers.
• Coach, recognize and discipline officers within empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive training and safety programs are followed.
• Manage staffing needs and communicate on-shift requirements.
