Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Shift Supervisor with Secret Clearance for Huntington Beach, CA. The role supervises security officers on a swing shift and coordinates with the Account Manager to ensure quality service, safety, and compliance with site procedures.

Pay-rate is $31.31 per hour with full-time hours on a 2:00pm–10:00pm Wednesday–Sunday shift. Excellent benefits and career growth opportunities are offered by Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with personnel and the public.
• Background check and drug screen completed as required by law.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate client site technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate staffing needs to Account/Operations Manager.
• Lead and coach officers on shift; train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure training and safety programs are followed and site hazards are managed.
