Qualifications

• Customer service and incident response within a government location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Regular armed patrols and access control.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, residents, visitors, and/or contractors.
• Respond to incidents and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Conduct armed patrols and deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and verify credentials.
• Prepare reports documenting patrols and incidents.
