Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A valid firearms permit is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass background check.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, residents, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally; communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor and control access to restricted areas; verify credentials as required.
• Prepare accurate reports and complete required documentation for patrols and incidents.
