907 Tactical Security Group is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to patrol client properties and deter crime on-site in Anchorage. You will detain violators when legally permitted, collaborate with law enforcement, and report incidents and daily activities to supervisors.

The role requires a high school diploma, a clean background, physical fitness, and strong communication skills. Training in use of force and de-escalation is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean background with no criminal convictions.
• Physical strength and fitness.
• Clean cut appearance and grooming standards.
• Strong integrity and honesty.
• Minimum one year prior security guard experience.
• Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and respect chain of command.
• Problem-solving under stress and de-escalation.
• Knowledge of area security laws and public safety.

Responsibilities

• Patrol client properties and premises to deter crime and ensure safety.
• Evict trespassers and detain suspects while following legal protocols.
• Coordinate with law enforcement for incidents and custody transfers.
• Provide detailed daily activity and incident reports to management and supervisors.
• Maintain regular patrols and inspect premises.
• Respond to alarms promptly and assist those in need.
• Support public safety on client property and report surveillance activity.
