Job summary

907 Tactical Security Group seeks a Patrol Division Manager to oversee armed and unarmed security officers in the Anchorage area. You will schedule, mentor, and evaluate staff, ensure daily SitReps and incident reporting, and coordinate with HR and Operations to meet client needs and security standards.

You will lead security operations, manage budgets, and build strong client partnerships while maintaining high standards of integrity and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years prior experience as a Security Officer.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and schedule resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patrol officers for Anchorage area.
• Schedules shifts for officers.
• Resolves personnel conflicts and issues.
• Conducts hiring interviews and orientations with HR approval.
• Submits daily SitReps and reports to Operations.
• Oversees Patrol/Fleet Manager and other supervisors.
• Enforces security policies and budgets oversight.
• Recruits and trains security officers.
