Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of security, law enforcement or military experience.
• Must be able to obtain Alaska Guard License and Alaska Armed Guard License.
• Speak, understand, read and write English.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours per shift and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor areas by visual, electronic, or audible means in various assignments.
• Patrol large property by foot and ensure safety and compliance.
• De-escalate situations to protect employees, customers and clients.
• Inspect doors and windows to verify security.
• Report data such as damage or incidents per company policies.
• Notify supervisors of safety concerns and assist in emergencies.
