Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Patrol Response in Dallas, TX. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns at a manufacturing and industrial location.

The role requires an active Level III Armed Certification in Texas and a high school diploma or equivalent, with CPR/First Aid preferred. Daytime schedule aligns with site needs and benefits include career growth and comprehensive security training.

Qualifications

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Have a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate emergency personnel when needed.
• Monitor access activity, verify credentials as assigned, and report unauthorized entry attempts, suspicious activity, and maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Maintain required reports and daily activity logs, including patrol findings, incidents, and interactions with personnel or visitors.
