Qualifications

• At least 3 years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military, or 5+ years armed security experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store team members, shoppers, vendors, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols throughout the retail location and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention concerns and restricted areas and report observations.
• Complete required reports and incident documentation accurately and timely.
