Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time Armed Patrol) in Lynwood, CA to protect clients across commercial real estate locations. You will monitor areas, conduct patrols, deter incidents and deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include reporting observations, documenting incidents, and adhering to site policies while maintaining a visible, professional presence. Must have an armed guard card and be 21+ with HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Must possess an armed guard card or license.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, documenting observations and actions.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of common areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to supervision.
