Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer (Part Time) for a Plaza location in Lynwood, CA. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors while maintaining a visible presence across the property.

The role requires an armed guard card or license, is 21+ to qualify for armed positions, and includes a background check and drug screening. Schedule includes Daytime shifts on Saturdays and Sundays with a focus on safety and professional

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; report suspicious behavior per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, professional actions.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and maintain shift communications.
