Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered as allowed by law.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Industry-specific security training programs are required.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state and locality.
• Driver’s license may be required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of retail areas, parking lots, and other sites to deter wrongdoing.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior per site procedures.
• Complete activity logs and incident reports with professional communication.
