Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Corporate - Orlando is hiring a part-time Armed Corporate Security Officer to join our security team. You will enforce security and vehicular procedures, manage access, inspect bags and vehicles, and deter crime while ensuring guest and team safety.

Required: High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED and First Aid; at least three years armed security or law enforcement; Florida Class D and Class G licenses; valid driver's license; ability to lift 75 lb and rotate shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• At least three years armed security or law enforcement experience.
• Must hold Florida Class D Security Officer license and Class G Firearm license.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and rotate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enforce security and vehicular procedures per company standards.
• Maintain a high profile of security presence to deter crime and assist guests and team members.
• Investigate security incidents and write reports as needed.
• Control access to property; inspect vehicles and bags to prevent contraband.
• Respond to calls for service in adverse conditions and assist law enforcement when appropriate.
• Document information in logs and reports; resolve guest incidents professionally.
