United Security Inc. seeks an Armed Security Officer for full-time positions in Stamford and Bridgeport, CT. The schedule includes Tue, Wed, Fri 7:15am-5:00pm and Thu 8:45am-6:30pm, totaling 39 HPW with a wage of $28.60 per hour.

Lifts include a $500 hiring bonus paid as $250 at 3 months and $250 at 6 months of employment. Requirements include 3 years of law enforcement, active military, or 5 years armed security experience, the ability to stand for up to 8 hours, English literacy, and CT Carry

Qualifications

• 3 years law enforcement, active military, or 5 years armed security experience.
• Must stand for up to 8 hours and communicate effectively.
• CT Carry permit and CT Armed security license required.

Responsibilities

• Remain highly alert and monitor pedestrian traffic.
• Patrol premises frequently to ensure safety of staff and clients.
• Use de‑escalation techniques when needed and file daily incident reports.
