United Security Inc. is hiring for an armed security officer in Norwich, CT. The role requires CT Guard Card credentials and prior armed security or law enforcement experience.

You will work Monday through Friday days with a compensation of $28.41 per hour, and eligibility for a $400 signing bonus paid over six months with conditions. This full-time position includes paid time off, health benefits, and ongoing training under a collective bargaining agreement through Aug 31, 2029.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years law enforcement, corrections or active military armed experience.
• Must have CT Guard Card
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• High school diploma or Transcripts
• Must pass ALL pre-employment screenings
