Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Richmond, VA. You will protect clients across industries, patrol areas, deter incidents, and respond to security concerns with professionalism and clear communication.

Minimum requirements include 1 year armed security/military experience, an armed guard card or license, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role is full-time with evening/overnight shifts.

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver in Richmond, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a public transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Tue 03:30 PM - 01:00 AM
• Thur 03:30 PM - 01:00 AM
• Fri 03:30 PM - 01:00 AM
• Sat 03:30 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
