Qualifications

• Concealed Carry Weapons Permit required.
• Law Enforcement Officer License required.
• Armed Guard Card or License preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Ages: 18+ unarmed, 21+ armed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the financial institution location including entrances, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access and report concerns.
• Document patrols and observations accurately while protecting confidential information.
